01

Write the brief before the draft

Describe the reader, the intended outcome, and the format. A short product update needs different information from a tutorial or a personal letter. Supply the points you already know and distinguish them from questions that still need research.

Add source material when accuracy depends on particular facts. A writing generator should not fill an empty brief with invented customer results, quotations, or product features. Use visible placeholders when information is missing.

02

Build the structure around the reader’s questions

Start with an outline that answers what the reader needs in the order they need it. A project update might explain progress, risks, and next steps. An introduction to a topic might define the idea before showing an example.

Review that structure before drafting every section. It is easier to fix a missing argument in an outline than after a long article has been written around it.

03

Use an assistant as part of an editing process

Treat the first version as material to work with. Remove generic openings, confirm important claims, and replace broad language with details you can support. Then check whether the draft sounds like you.

Choose a paragraph or article workflow when the task is narrower. If you already have a draft, the AI Rewriter gives a clearer starting point than asking a general writing assistant to begin again.

A few useful answers.

How much context should I provide?+

Include the audience, purpose, essential facts, and desired format. Add more detail only when it changes what the draft should say.

Does an AI writer replace research?+

No. A plausible statement is not evidence. Check claims against reliable sources and keep track of the material you actually used.

Is there a free trial?+

No. AI paraphrasing and grammar checks require a paid subscription: US$3.99 per month or US$40 per year. Signing up does not include free AI credits.
