01

Give your words a relationship

A list such as “delivery, Thursday, customer” does not explain whether the delivery is confirmed or delayed. Add the missing relationship before asking for a sentence. State who is speaking, what is known, and what the reader needs to learn.

If particular words must appear, say whether their exact forms matter. A vocabulary exercise may require the word “deliver,” while a customer update may sound more natural with “delivery.”

02

Use one clear job per sentence

A useful brief identifies the audience and the purpose. “Write one sentence confirming Thursday’s delivery to a customer” gives a much clearer direction than “make a sentence with these words.” Add a length or tone requirement only when it matters.

When you need three sentences, give each a role: the update, the explanation, and the next step. Otherwise three outputs may simply repeat the same idea in slightly different wording.

03

Check generated details before they become your message

A fluent sentence can introduce a time, reason, promise, or description that was absent from your brief. Read the output against the facts you supplied. Remove anything that was added without support.

If you already have a complete sentence and want a better version, use a rewriting workflow instead. Generation develops a starting point; rewriting works from an existing statement.

A few useful answers.

Can a generator use specific words?+

Yes, a brief can specify required words and whether exact spelling or word forms must be kept. Review the final sentence to confirm they were included.

What is the difference between a sentence generator and a rewriter?+

A generator starts from a brief or keywords. A rewriter starts from existing text and changes its expression.

Should a generated sentence always be long?+

No. Length should follow the idea and the reader’s needs. Add context only when it helps the sentence do its job.
