Privacy notice

This notice describes the data used by Sentence Simplifier for accounts, paid writing requests, and subscriptions.

Accounts and sessions

We store your email address, verification status, a salted password hash, and hashed session tokens. Verification and password-reset emails are delivered using Resend.

Writing requests

When you submit text to the Paraphraser or Grammar Checker, our server sends that text and the selected task to OpenAI. Do not submit material you are not authorised to share. Provider data-processing terms apply. We request that responses are not stored through the API’s response storage setting; this is not a promise about all provider retention.

The application records request status, input character count, token counts, tool name, and time for billing limits and operation. It does not save your submitted text or generated output in the application database. Your current writing is held in the page and disappears when you leave.

Subscriptions

Waffo processes payments on its hosted checkout. We store payment and subscription reference IDs, plan, status, paid-period dates, and usage metadata. Card numbers are not collected or stored by this application.

Cookies and choices

An essential HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. Sign out to end the current session. Use the password-reset flow if you need to revoke existing sessions. No advertising analytics are included in this application.
